Our MAIT Service Desk staff are available during business hours to provide information, report incidents and request support in the areas of ERP, PLM and IT. Our processes are designed to ensure that we receive your requests at these central points, document them in a ticket system and route them to an available and appropriate support agent.

MAIT Ticket System
Create new tickets or edit your current tickets directly in the MAIT Ticket System by visiting the following page and logging in:
If you do not have a login for the MAIT Ticket System yet, please try to generate a personal password first. To do this, use the 'Forgot password' function on the Ticket System login page. If you do not receive a password by email, you are not yet registered as a contact person in our system. In this case, please send us an email to the above email address stating that you would like to be added as a contact person in the MAIT Ticket System.
