MAIT has been supporting the expansion of BOLL & KIRCH GmbH in Kerpen since 2002. For example, throughput times have been reduced by switching from workpiece assembly to Kanban-supported flow production. Transparency has increased, as has the ability to measure performance.

Prior to the implementation of integrated ERP software, BOLL & KIRCH had many independent applications, such as stand-alone accounting software or a PPS system that was not linked to other programs. With the migration to an integrated ERP system, the many independent IT islands were to be merged into one application.

After an intensive selection phase, BOLL & KIRCH decided in favor of MAIT with the Abas Business Software. BOLL & KIRCH has mapped its processes individually in the ERP system, for others the company uses the software standard as a guideline.
